| The CHA Human Resource Development component of the CRSTDP will hold its last Workshop during the period January 21 - 25, 2008. During this Workshop the participants will attend a 3-day international Food Safety course, inclusive of an examination. Passing this examination will allow them to deliver the 3-day QTC Food Safety course in the region. After the Food Safety segment the participants will attend a 2-day Train-the-Trainer programme, which also has an exam component. The combination of Training and Food Safety Skills will hopefully result in an extra 20 extremely qualified Food Safety trainers in the region.
After the 5-day Workshop these trainers will be competent in delivering also the CRSTDP newly developed courses:
1. Food Safety for Stores
2. Food Safety for Kitchens
3. Food Safety for Restaurants
4. Food Safety for Managers in the Hospitality Industry
